30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item should be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at nebulux.hello@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and, once we receive and inspect the item, confirm your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your projector arrives damaged or stops working within the return window, contact us with a photo or short video and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
